Repairing a shared system
We separate faults affecting one resident from common faults affecting the whole block. The panel, power supply, common wiring, lock release and representative handsets may all need checked.
- Single-flat faults
- Whole-block failures
- Damaged or vandalised panels
- Intermittent shared-door faults
02
Replacing an ageing system
A communal replacement must account for the number of flats, entrances, cable routes, handset locations, door hardware, resident access, installation phasing and how service will be maintained during the work.
- Audio or video entry
- Reuse or replace existing cabling
- Fob access for residents
- Accessible and easy-to-use handsets

Information that improves the quote
Send the number of flats and entrances, photographs of the entrance panel and a handset, any known brand, what currently works and whether the factor or building owner can provide access to common equipment.
